Great loop using Flume and Cascade trails. The Flume trail is fun and diverse, with good flow to start, a bit of steep, rocks and then a section of tight trees on a narrow trail section. The Cascade trail is also diverse with rock sections narrow sections and a climb section. complete with watergfalls and swimming holes!

Monument Peak from Barlow TH - A quick and easy one.

Distance - 6.5 miles

Descent - 800 feet

Climbing - 800 feet

A fun, flowy loop. Great for a quick lap. A good option for everyone except entry level riders. The sections of the Flume trail on this route are not the sections that make Flume trail black diamond. They are considered blue sections. The section that comes off the top of Monument Peak has a short section that is quite steep but not that technical. You can always ride down the way you rode up if need be. The most technical part of this route is mile 4 to mile 4.25. The trail follows a dry creek bed and is very rocky, it is not very steep, but might be a lot for beginners

Deer Trail Loop - Start here, a loop for entry level riders.

Distance - 3 miles

Descent - 300 feet

Climbing - 300 feet

Start and finish at the Barlow trailhead. This is one of the most approachable loop in the area. All shade, all fun, all safe, all riders. Deer Trail is a newer trail that links sections of Cascade/Monument which is a great alternative to climbing Monument or Cascade from the bottom.
