35, 60, and 100-mile epically beautiful bike ride.

It is a perfect blend of pavement, dirt, gravel, and historic railroad grade.

The route is just under 100 miles with 7,600 feet of elevation gain and is over 70% dirt. Two shorter course options, 35 miles, and 60 miles, are also available. Racers and riders from around the world will be invited to lose themselves and find this two-wheeled paradise. It will be a full weekend of high Sierra fun for riders and non-riders alike.

The one, the only, the Downieville Classic Cross Country Race and All Mountain World Championships presented by Santa Cruz. Save the Date and plan for a weekend of mountain bike festival fun!

August 7-10, 2025

Race or ride the epic cross country to the Sierra Crest and back to town, or take in a double dose with 15 miles of the Downieville Downhill in the All Mountain World Championships. Or just come to enjoy the bike festival for the weekend. Either way, you win.

Grinduro is Back!

10 years later, Grinduro returns to Quincy, back where it all started, to celebrate our birthday with the perfect party to race ratio at the ultimate California gravel race.

New is the Mt. Hough Enduro and eMTB Enduro races on Sunday.

Festivities include two days of excellent food, a handmade bike show, live music and camping.
